Blyth Community College Design of 3G hockey and football pitch at Blyth Community College. The scheme involved various feasibility options before taking the final choice through to detailed design. Detailed design included pitch specification and details, drainage details, sub-base and pitch markings. See the pdf for more information.
Backstone Burn Renovation & Extension Full design service for the renovation and extension of an existing terraced property. M Design have obtained planning permission; preparing structural surveys and dealing with highway issues along the way. Following the preparation of the building regulation submission, our client decided to market the property. To help in this regard we prepared a 3D visualisation of the proposals.
Brewery Court, Chester Le Street M Design were appointed as structural engineers for the town centre development in Chester Le Street. This involved the design of a steel frame building designed in CSC Fastrack Building Design software. Options were also created to compare the steel frame design with a mixture of steel and masonry construction. M Design also designed the foundations and worked closely with the architects, Blake Hopkinson, throughout the design.
