Sports Track and Field Capability M Design design sports facilities from pitches and tracks through to pavilion buildings and changing rooms. In house expertise means we can take a scheme from feasibility and costing advice through to planning applications and detailed design. Backstone Burn Renovation & Extension Full design service for the renovation and extension of an existing terraced property. M Design have obtained planning permission; preparing structural surveys and dealing with highway issues along the way. Following the preparation of the building regulation submission, our client decided to market the property. To help in this regard we prepared a 3D visualisation of the proposals.
Seaham Residential Development Infrastructure Full infrastructure design service for a residential development of 20 dwellings. M Design designed the foundations, roads drainage along with external works levels, part m access points and retaining walls. The design included obtaining Section 38 and Section 104 Agreement technical approvals and NHBC approval for the remainder of the design work.
