Historic and Listed Buildings
Owners of listed buildings have a responsibility to the past, present and future in the care of these tremendously important structures or features. M Design can deal with the notification of intent to and seek approval for repairs, alterations, changes of use and even cleaning of them from Local Authorities. Once a request for Listed Building Consent has been deemed necessary, M Design can produce the requisite detailed information packs, drawings, schedules and specifications required.
Many ecclesiastical buildings require specialist care due to factors such as age, condition, often location on main roads and generally the nature of materials employed in their construction. M Design have access to experienced contractors and can supply advice and design input on the many and varied issues that can arise.
